Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA -        JFC's Team working with Boston College's Team on MAXIMO sucessfully upgraded the EAM system from IBM MAXIMO EAM 5.2 to 7.5 in October 2011. The upgrade included technical and functional enhancements to the business processes. The enhancements included an interface to an internal student and staff web work request portal to MAXIMO using MAXIMO's Integration Framework. JFC also provided professional services for BC to integrate Microsoft's BING Maps to MAXIMO 7.5 (MAXBING). As a result of this solution BC is able to complete work order data entry processing and review time in half while having the ability to direct where the work needs are geographicaly. These functional and technical improvements produced a quantifiable return on investment while laying the groundwork for planned EAM improvements throughout the campus.

Brandeis University, Waltham, MA - JFC recently completed an upgrade with Brandeis to MXES 6.2. and interfaced an internal student and staff web site to MAXIMO using MAXIMO's MEA integration module. JFC also provided services for transaction based financial data from MAXIMO to PeopleSoft. JFC & Associates has been providing computerized maintenance management support to Brandeis for MAXIMO for the Facilities Service Department for several years and was tasked to centralize the CMMS system, develop new Actuate reports, provide one-on-one staff training, and develop a plan to help Brandeis improve their maintenance related work practices. 

ArvinMeritor, Fletcher, NC - JFC & Associates undertook the tasks to consolidate ArvinMeritors Legacy MAXIMO data into MXES and has been providing professional support services for MXES in a IBM hosted enviroment.

 Beaumont Service Company  LLC, MI - JFC & Associates provided professional services and support to assist in the upgrade to MXES. As part of JFC offerings, JFC provided custom solutions to better enhance MAXIMO to BSC's business processes.

Golden Gate Bridge Ferry Division, San Francisco, CA –  The Ferry Division one of three operating division of the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and transportation district provides year-round passenger ferry service to San Francisco and the surrounding areas. JFC & Associates was tasked with assisting the Ferry Division Staff with initial MAXIMO implementation including the asset and location hierarchies, preventative maintenance schedule, KPI's, job plans and data collection processes for MXES (TR) MAXIMO Transportation. 

The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey – JFK Airport AirTrain, Jamaica, NY-   In January 2006 JFC & Associates was hired to provide support to the Port Authority staff with the review and evaluation of their existing maintenance related work practices using MAXIMO. The goal was to identify areas for improvement and to establish a plan for business process improvements and upgrading the existing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). 

AES Somerset, Barker, NY – AES Somerset is a power generation facility in Barker, NY their parent is AES Corporation, Arlington, Virginia, a global power producer that owns and operates power plants around the world. JFC & Associates has been providing computerized maintenance management support to AES for their MAXIMO needs. JFC & Associates was tasked to provide telephone support, develop new SQR reports and including providing data recovery services to restore their centralized MAXIMO system.

Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA - JFC & Associates was hired as a subcontractor to support the BWH staff in reviewing and evaluating their existing maintenance related work practices and performing QA/QC analysis on their existing database. Upon completion of these preliminary tasks, JFC & Associates was retained to provide assistance in fine-tuning of current work practices and ‘cleaning-up’ the computerized maintenance management database environment. JFC & Associates addressed these tasks by developing a wide range of new Crystal reports, meeting one-on-one with each trades supervisor, and making approved adjustments to the CMMS MAXIMO system. 

Electronic Data Systems, Plano, TX - JFC & Associates undertook the tasks to consolidate EDS’s six different MAXIMO facility asset databases into one central repository. The challenges include designing a new database schema, developing new reports, providing feedbacks on existing data quality, and recommending an appropriate action plan.

Horizon Lines, Charlotte, NC Horizon Lines, Inc. is the nation's leading Jones Act container shipping and logistics company, accounting for approximately 36% of the total U.S. marine container shipments between the continental U.S. and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and to Guam. JFC & Associates has been providing MAXIMO professional services to Horizon Lines fleet operations since 2001. JFC & Associates was tasked to provide initial implementation services including data migration and validation, SQR report writing, training services and business process reviews for Horizon Lines commercial fleet of 18 vessels and recently has been tasked with working with an additional 7 US Government Vessels using MAXIMO for procurement purposes.
